Whenever I want to like something,
as a gift for my friends or family. It takes a lot of
time to just think about what I need to purchase? The same scenario I have
faced last week. It was the birthday
of my close friend Shahzad Ahmed. So, when I start thinking about options like perfume, wallet, watch, any decoration piece, a
portrait or any shirt. These were the total options in my mind. I just
laugh for a while that in opposite scenario like for girls how many options
from which we can choose.
Anyhow, I decided to visit “Safa
Gold Mall”. So, at evening it was almost 07:00 pm I entered in mall and
start looking towards different brands. Finally decided to enter in Royal Tag. Because inside store look
was very decent from an outside view. A decent welcome by a salesman and ask me
what you are looking for? I have told him that I am looking for a decent formal shirt and in 15 collar size. He
shows me the whole side having that specific collar size and different
designs. I have seen almost all of them and choose the three articles to
finally select one out of three. But I removed the cover I got confused because
of stuff quality and different look
of shirt without cover.
Moved on towards the third floor,
there was another brand named “Chester Bernard”. As I enter in the
store I have observed that there is no one to offer services but one person
from the counter ask “G Sir kya chaheay
apko” means what are you looking for so, I told him the same story looking
for a formal shirt in 15 collar size. Like previous one he
shows me a specific section to choose. When I start observing different colors.
They were so amazing and within few minutes I decided to buy one of them. Even
though I feel that price is little bid
high, but it was my bestie’s birthday. So, I decided that not to
underestimate the quality and color of the product right now.
Negative thing I have observed only
that one person in the shop to deliver whole services. But the product range
was just amazing “casual shirts, formal shirts, handmade silk ties, cuff-links and
pocket squares” were available in a lot of designs. Some good things
that inspired me a lot were their different color combinations, variety and quality. I was paying a handsome
amount of money for a single shirt, so I asked about any warranty or exchange
policy. He said that we are offering 11
months warranty claim without any receipt. You just need to bring the
product back if colors got fade or it got shrink.
I feel delighted from their product ownership policy and he offered me a
beautiful box as well for gift packing.
After that when I back to home I visited their website and got some basic info
regarding the brand that I want to share with you as well, that it is a Pakistani brand launched back in 2003 at Zamzama Karachi. The
founders of Chester Bernard are “Faraz Salehjee & Taimur Khan”.
I will recommend you guys as well
that just give a try to this brand. Specially if you are doing a job whose
requirements includes formal dressing.
